Refund Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
Ansly is a digital subscription service that is delivered and consumed immediately. Because of this, all sales are final and subscription fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or falls within the limited exceptions below.
1. All sales are final
Ansly is sold as prepaid subscription plans (and any add-on credits). When you subscribe, you purchase immediate access to a digital service. Subscription fees and add-on purchases are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused sessions, or for periods during which your account remained open but you did not use the service.
2. Try before you buy
Every new account includes a free session so you can evaluate whether Ansly works for your device, call platform, and needs before paying. We strongly encourage you to complete the free session first. By purchasing a paid plan after that, you confirm the service meets your requirements.
3. Immediate access & your right of withdrawal
When you subscribe, you expressly request that we begin providing the service immediately. Where you are a consumer with a statutory “cooling-off” or withdrawal right (for example, 14 days in the EU/UK), you acknowledge and agree that:
- you want the service to start immediately upon purchase; and
- you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, and to the extent the service has been performed during any withdrawal period, you must pay for what you used.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
4. Cancellations & renewals
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no partial or prorated refund is issued for the remainder of that period.
5. Limited exceptions we will honor
Even though sales are final, we will review and, where appropriate, refund in these cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charges — you were charged more than once for the same subscription.
- Billing errors — you were charged an incorrect amount due to our error.
- Non-delivery — a verifiable technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing the service for a substantial part of your billing period and we were unable to resolve it.
- Where required by law — any refund we are legally obligated to provide in your jurisdiction.
Refund requests under this section should be made within 14 days of the charge and include your account email and the transaction reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
6. How payments and refunds are processed
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record, which also handles applicable taxes. Any refund we approve is issued through that provider and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. The provider’s own terms and any non-waivable statutory rights also apply to your purchase.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve billing issues faster than a dispute. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
8. How to contact us
For any billing question or refund request, email support@ansly.app or raise a ticket from Help & support in your dashboard. Please include your account email and the transaction reference.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
