Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 6, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Ansly (“Ansly”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Ansly is a real-time meeting assistant that transcribes the other party on your call and generates suggested answers, with optional context from a resume and job description. Answers are AI-generated suggestions that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Ansly is a productivity and accessibility aid — not professional, legal, medical, financial, or career advice — and you are solely responsible for what you say and do.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase a subscription. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts are for a single individual and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
3. Acceptable use & your responsibility
You agree to use Ansly lawfully and ethically. Recording a conversation, or being assisted during one, may require the consent of other participants and may be prohibited by interviews, examinations, certifications, employers, schools, or platform rules. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use is permitted and for obtaining any consent required by the laws that apply to you.
- Do not use Ansly to cheat or gain an advantage where doing so is prohibited.
- Do not record or capture others without a lawful basis or required consent.
- Do not disrupt, reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful or infringing.
4. Plans, billing & auto-renewal
Certain features require a paid subscription or credits. Each session runs for the time limit of your plan. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically at the then-current price for the same billing period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your payment method on each renewal.
- You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals.
- After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- We may change prices or plan features; we will give notice before a change takes effect, and changes apply to renewals after the notice period.
Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
5. Payments & merchant of record
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider acting as the merchant of record, which collects payment and remits applicable taxes (such as VAT/GST/sales tax). We do not store your full card details. Your purchase is also subject to the payment provider’s terms.
6. Third-party services
Ansly relies on third parties to operate, including Google (sign-in), AI providers such as OpenAI (transcription and answer generation), cloud hosting, and email delivery. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third party’s terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
7. Intellectual property & your content
Ansly and its software, design, and content are owned by us and protected by law. You retain ownership of content you upload (such as your resume and job descriptions). You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host and process that content solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to it.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data and is part of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that answers are accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ansly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, opportunity, or the outcome of any interview, assessment, exam, or call. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ansly harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, any law, or any third-party rights.
12. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, non-payment, or to comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Dispute resolution & governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Ansly operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise. Where permitted, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting support.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
